The seasonal change from summer to fall can wreak havoc on your skin. Whether the cold, windy climate of autumn gives your skin a shock or worsens existing summer damage, changing your skin care regime can heal and protect your skin and give you a refreshed and healthy glow all the way to spring. Here are eight simple skin care tips to repair seasonal skin damage and defend your skin against the elements of autumn.

Seasonal Changes Can Be Harsh On Skin

As we say our good-byes to summer, the changing weather can really throw our skin for a loop. Many factors affect skin health, especially season changes. Stay active -- it benefits your mind, body and skin. Hit the gym, work out at home, or bundle up and go for a long walk outside. When the weather turns cold, it may be tempting to just curl up with a good book, but maintaining an active lifestyle will keep you healthy from the inside out.
